Growing up my Mum worked a second job flipping pies at a local pizzeria. On her Friday nights off she mastered her own dough and sauce recipe and the whole family gathered in the kitchen to build what we believed to be the world's most delicious pizza. My love for the art form continued into my first job in high school and later, feeding friends at parties. When 'adult-me' fully realized my love for spinning doughs and creating delicious sauces, Pizza G was born. The 'G' is for Georgia, our mascot and the joy of our little home on the East Coast. We hope you love our pies as much as we love making them.
